Its working process is: Hopper - Air pump - Cylinder- Scraper in the cylinder – Ice cream outlet.

Hopper: it is used to mix the raw materials of ice cream and store it temporarily. The temperature of hopper is controlled between - 0.5 ℃ and 6.5 ℃ by thermistor.



Milk mixing pump: it is the key equipment of conveying equipment. It delivers milk to the cylinder, and its operation is controlled by pressure switch. Generally, air and liquid milk enter the mixing area at the same time according to their respective paths, and then enter the cylinder through the conveying pipeline. In the refrigeration system of the hopper for storing milk, the refrigerant is divided into two channels at the M gate of the drying filter. One channel enters the evaporator of the raw material cylinder through the main capillary tube, and the other enters the outer wall and the pipe of the milk conveying pipe through the secondary capillary tube. The milk entering the cylinder is precooled to keep its temperature at about 4 ℃ to ensure the product quality and food safety.
