Brief Introduction about Operation for Cone Maker
Air pump : adjustable overrun from 20% to 80% , reduce the generation of ice crystals,made frozen yogurt(ice cream ) taste smooth and look white ; reduce the use of raw materials, increase profits .
Eader tor cone maker
Connent the power and seta container an the back af the machine. Then open Water mould to lubricates moulds with vegetable oil.
Close the moulds and allow the machine to preheated for 15-20 minutes.
Open the upper mould
Fill the mixture in the feaderand poure them in the lower mould
Close the upper mould and allow the machine to bake for about two minutes.
Two minutes later, the buzzer will buzze and the warning light will on to ramind you cones are ready. Open the upper mould and lower mould.
Cones will drop to the slide way and slide into the container.
Lubricates moulds with wegetabla oil. And close the lower and upper mould to bake the further batch.
