Electronic control:
• Temperature in the freezing cylinders may be displayed at any point of operation.
• Provides required level of viscosity for servings.
• Mix level indicator and alarm. When the mix out light flashes, the machine automatically shuts down to prevent damage.
Standby mode:
• During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
• Pressure protect function for the cooling system.
Optional functions:
• Gravity feed expansion tube delivers mix with overrun of about 20-30% to the freezing cylinders.
Counter allows the operator to view number of servings dispensed.
