The ice cream machine function :
●P for Pre-cooling : Keep hopper temperature from 2-5 ℃to make the material in hopper fresh during auto and standby mode. Low temperature can prevent frombacteria.
●M for Mixer: Mix uniformly. High-speed mixer in hooper keeps the material flowing in hopper in case of frosting. The ice cream will be more smooth after mix completely with air.
●C for Counter: It allows the operator to see the number of servings dispensed.
