The greatest misperception of vending machine food is the texture. The majority of the machines work based on microwaves leading to mushy crusts and rubbery tops.
The game is transformed by Hommy through Commercial Infrared Baking Technology. Our efficient infrared ovens do not have the powerful microwave characteristics of the standard microwaves, but rather the powerful dry heat that is associated with the traditional stone oven.
The Temperature Ramps Up
Between60°C and 300°C, it is important that the pizza is baked and not merely warmed.
