The smoothie vending machine has integrated the feature of hot water hence can be used throughout the year

We wanted to have our machine remaining operational even in winter so that we can get the maximum out of it even in the summer season.

Then, after the equipment finishes working, we upgraded it. It is not only an ice-cream machine, but a smart drink station – 24/7 and all year round.

We placed a hot beverage system using the original fresh fruit smoothie recipe. During morning hours and afternoons, the machine can be taken to freshly brew coffee to office workers. Hot water is less turbid and therefore dissolves protein powder more easily in the gym, making post-workout nutrition flawless without clumping.

Hot beverages, particularly coffee and protein drinks are more demanding. Conventional cold-water rinsing is ineffective because it does not remove all residues of oil and protein which accumulate and create an odor.

We have included a hot-water cleaning system of high temperature to deal with this. The internal pipes are flushed with hot water after every intake of drink, dissolving the hard remnants, preventing the growth of bacteria. This makes each cup clean, enhances hygiene and eliminates the necessity of cleaning, assembling and maintaining it manually.
