I've been making my own ice cream for years now and have had no problems with it. However, after a few weeks I decided to make it for my brother and I noticed that it wasn't as creamy as it used to be. I thought maybe it was because it was over a week old, so I made a new batch the following day. It was still the same.
I have a small problem that I have been dealing with for the past year. I am a lactose intolerant vegan and I just recently discovered the existence of soft serve ice cream. I have a hard time getting it down but I do like to try it. The problem is that when I eat soft serve, it makes me extremely sick. I have had no problems with this for the past year but suddenly this week, my stomach has been in a constant state of being on fire.
