There are a optional function”heating” and a button for retaining freshness.
These include two functions:
1)When you tick the function”heating” and click on the button, the machine starts pasteurization at first. While pasteurization is finished, temperature of ice cream slurry strikingly drops to the low temperature(4℃) and becomes steady until the machine starts refrigeration.
2) When you don’t tick the function”heating” and just click on the button, the machine starts retaining freshness.
In here, there are three boxes for ticking.
The first box is refrigeration function: the machine starts refrigeration automatically on time.
The second box is retaining freshness function: the machine starts retaining freshness automatically on time.
The third box is pasteurization function: the machine starts pasteurization automatically on time.
In this picture, we tick the first two boxes and you can see the time “8:30”&”18:30”.
So the machine starts refrigeration at 8:30am and starts retaining freshness at 18:30(6:30pm) automatically.
If pasteurization is undesired, you don’t tick the last box.
In here, three boxes are ticked.
So the machine starts refrigeration at 8:30am and starts pasteurization(heating) at 18:30(6:30pm) automatically. While pasteurization is finished, the machine starts retaining freshness.
If you want to tick the function”pasteurization”, you have to tick two box(last two boxes):retaining freshness and pasteurization. Ticking both two boxes ensures the temperature drops and becomes steady at low temperature(4℃) after pasteurization.
Each time has two boxes: the first one is hour and the second one is minute.
Firstly, click on the hour box, the soft keyboard will turn up, delete and enter the hour and munute you want.
In general, the refrigeration time should be set earlier than when you open the shop. The time of retaining freshness and pasteurization should be set later than when you close the shop.
As you can see,there is no need some one to operate the automatic ice cream machine to remake the new ice cream. Such a non-contact production process can not only ensure the freshness of the ice cream , but also the hygiene .
