Mixing Instructions
1.Pour water in a mixer or container.
2.Add 4,5 and 8
3.Start mixing and slowly add some starch
4.Slowly add small quantities of flour at intervals
5.When the flour is fully mixed, add the oil, preferably pre-warmed, along with the colouring
6.Mix until the batter is smooth-running and completely mixed
7.Do not prepare too much mixture as it will begin to deteriorate after 1:30 ¨C 2:30(depends on the climate)
